On September 15, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2009. The dividend is payable October 16, 2009, to shareholders of record on October 2, 2009. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
