Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On September 14, 2009, the Compensation Committee of ePlus inc. ("the Company")
approved a one-time bonus payment of $85,000 to the Company's Chief Executive
Officer, Phillip G. Norton. The bonus payment recognizes Mr. Norton's
outstanding leadership of the Company through the challenging economic
environment of the last two years, and his continued commitment to the Company
as signified by his signing a new, two-year employment agreement.
