ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

On September 15, 2009, Young Innovations, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a Rule 10b5-1 stock repurchase plan (the "Plan") with Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated ("Baird"). Pursuant to the Plan, Baird may repurchase up to 50,000 shares of the Company's common stock under the Company's previously announced stock repurchase program. Repurchases under the Plan may take place between September 15, 2009 and October 30, 2009.
