(b) Termination of Named Executive Officer.
As previously reported, Intel is consolidating all of its major product
divisions into the newly formed Intel Architecture Group, which will be
co-managed by Sean Maloney and David (Dadi) Perlmutter, both executive vice
presidents. Maloney will be responsible for business and operations while
Perlmutter will lead product development and architecture. Accordingly, Messrs.
Maloney and Perlmutter will no longer hold the positions that they are listed as
holding in the Company's most recent proxy statement and each instead will have
the new title of Executive Vice President, Intel Architecture Group.
