Officers.
iStar Financial Inc. announced today that its president, Jay Nydick, has
resigned from the company. Mr. Nydick, who was the head of the company's
timber, auto and European businesses among other responsibilities, will leave
the company after an orderly transition period. Mr. Nydick's responsibilities
for these businesses and other matters will be assumed by other members of
iStar's senior management team.
