China Natural Gas, Inc (the "Company") issued a press release on September 14, 2009 announcing the closing of the Company's secondary offering. The Company has completed its underwritten public offering for 5,725,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $8.75 per share under the Company's previous filed prospectus. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 of this report on Form 8-K.
