On September 8, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it intends to offer 8 million shares of its common stock pursuant to the Company's shelf registration statement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and a prospectus supplement to its base shelf prospectus filed with certain Canadian securities regulatory authorities.
