OFFICERS.
On September 8, 2009, Daniel J. Starks informed Urologix, Inc. (the "Company")
that he would not stand for re-election at the 2009 Annual Meeting of
Shareholders. Mr. Stark's decision not to stand for re-election was based on his
desire to devote his time and energy to his other business activities and
unrelated to any disagreement regarding the Company's operations, policies or
practices.
