Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Real Goods Solar, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that it had reached a
mutual agreement with Tom McCalmont pursuant to which Mr. McCalmont would no
longer serve as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McCalmont will
continue to serve on the Company's Board of Directors. John Schaeffer, the
Company's President, will assume additional duties.
