On September 10, 2009, Aircastle Limited issued a press release, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that its
Board of Directors declared a third quarter cash dividend on its common shares
of $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2009 to holders of
record of Aircastle's common shares on September 30, 2009.
