On September 8, 2009, Valassis Communications, Inc. ("Valassis") issued a press release announcing that United States District Court Judge Arthur J. Tarnow formally scheduled Valassis' Federal trial against News America Incorporated for February 2, 2010. Valassis originally filed the action in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan on Jan. 18, 2006 alleging violations of the Sherman Act. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1, which is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
