On September 8, 2009, CCFNB Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share, payable September 24, 2009 to stockholders of record. The declaration of cash dividends is subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors, the Company's earnings and financial condition, applicable law and regulatory policy, and other factors determined from time to time by the Board of Directors to be relevant.
