Certain Officers

As previously announced by the Company on February 27, 2009, and in accordance with the Company's retirement policy, effective September 1, 2009 Paul M. Pantozzi retired as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank. He will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors. Also effective September 1, 2009, Christopher Martin, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and the Bank, has assumed the title of Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company and the Bank.
