On August 28, 2009, the Company announced that Michael T. Vesey, Director, President and Chief Operating Officer, had passed away. Mr. Vesey served as a Director since September 2001 and as the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer since April 1998. Mr. Vesey was with the Company for over 22 years.
Until an interim or permanent successor is appointed, existing management will carry out Mr. Vesey's responsibilities as President and Chief Operating Officer.
On August 28, 2009, the Company issued a press release regarding Mr. Vesey's passing which is filed as an exhibit to and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 of this Form 8-K.
