On September 2, 2009, ABM Industries Incorporated (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results related to the third quarter of fiscal year 2009. On September 2, 2009, the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, payable on November 2, 2009 to stockholders of record on October 8, 2009. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated into this item by reference.
As disclosed in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1, the Company will hold a live web cast on September 3, 2009 relating to the Company's financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2009.
