Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 27, 2009, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. announced that
its Board of Trustees elected Craig S. Ivey as President of the company.
Mr. Ivey's election is effective November 1, 2009, upon the departure of the
company's current President, Louis L. Rana, following 40 years of service.
Mr. Ivey, 46, joins the company from Dominion Resources Services Company, where
he was Senior Vice President, Transmission and Distribution since 2007, Senior
Vice President, Distribution from 2006 to 2007, and Vice President, Electric
Operations from 2001 to 2006.
