Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 25, 2009, The Finish Line, Inc. (the "Company") announced that it has established a division that will focus exclusively on the Company's e-commerce channel. The e-commerce division will be headed by Donald E. Courtney, who has been named President, E-commerce, effective immediately. In his new capacity Mr. Courtney will report to the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his appointment as President of the E-Commerce division Mr. Courtney served as the Company's Chief Information Officer/Executive Vice President of Information Systems and Distribution.

The Company issued a press release on August 25, 2009, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
