ITEM 2.01 COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OR DISPOSITION OF ASSETS

On August 25, 2009, Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. completed the sale of substantially all of the assets used in the operation of radio station KBET-AM and certain assets used in the operation of radio stations KCYE-FM and KFRH-FM in Las Vegas, Nevada to Silver State Broadcasting LLC for $15.25 million in cash.
