On August 25, 2009, Jabil Circuit, Inc. issued a press release announcing the
expiration of its previously announced cash tender offer for any and all of its
outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2010. A copy of the press release is filed
and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated by reference into this
