Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 19, 2009, Thomas M. Reahard resigned from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of White Electronic Designs Corporation (the "Company"). Mr. Reahard did not resign from the Board because of any disagreement with the Company.
In connection with the resignation of Mr. Reahard, the Company issued a press release which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. Item 9.01. Financial Statements and Exhibits.
