On August 21, 2009, ZAP issued a press release announcing the appointment of Dr. Priscilla Lu as Chairman of Board of Directors. Dr. Lu has served as a director of ZAP since August 6, 2009. The appointment was ratified and confirmed by ZAP's Board of Directors at meeting held on August 16, 2009. The former Chairman Mr. Eqbal Al Yousuf will remain on ZAP's Board of Directors.
