On August 14, 2009, Pennichuck Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission had issued a rate order in its Pennichuck Water Works subsidiary rate proceeding. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
