On June 9, 2009, MoSys, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K reporting that on June 5, 2009, it had acquired Prism Circuits, Inc. (Prism Circuits), a Delaware corporation and provider of semiconductor interface intellectual property.
