Officers
On August 17, 2009, Thomas K. Kittel, Executive Vice President and President -
Propel Division of Sauer-Danfoss Inc. (the "Company"), announced his intention
to retire from such offices with the Company effective September 30, 2009. The
Company has designated C. Kells Hall, presently Vice President - Propel
Division, to succeed Mr. Kittel as Executive Vice President and President -
Propel Division.
Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 18, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing the retirement
of Mr. Kittel and the designation of Mr. Hall as his successor. A copy of the
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
