Edward J. Lipkus, III, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (the "Company"), informed the Company of his intention to resign from all offices with the Company effective immediately. The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer and in the interim, Teresa Ciambotti, Senior Vice President and Controller of the Company, will assume the responsibilities of principal financial officer.
