ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

The press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Form 8-K filed on August 14, 2009 included incorrect information regarding the quarterly cash dividend declared on August 14, 2009. The dividend payment date was incorrectly reported as September 10, 2009 but in fact is September 18, 2009. Also, the press release included typographical errors that have been corrected. A revised press release correcting the typographic errors is attached as Exhibit 99.1 this Form 8-K/A while a press release with correct information regarding the dividend payment date is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
