On August 10, 2009 Mr. Michael Al Mundy resigned effective that date from Gencor Industries, Inc. Mr. Mundy has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since March 4, 2009.

The Company's current Controller will act as interim Chief Financial Officer until the new CFO is appointed.
