On August 13, 2009, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its fiscal 2009 full year and fourth quarter financial results. The release also includes the Company's estimates related to its fiscal 2010 first quarter and full year net sales and diluted net earnings per common share.
