On August 12, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing an increase in the quarterly dividend on the Company's common shares from $0.2225 per quarter to $0.2275 per quarter, and declared a quarterly cash dividend payable on September 15, 2009 for shareholders of record as of September 1, 2009. This is the fortieth consecutive year that the Company has increased its dividend payout to holders of the Company's common shares.
