On August 10, 2009, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. (the "Company") sold approximately 338 acres of land in Brazoria, County, Texas and associated equipment for a cash payment of $775,000. As a result of this transaction, the Company anticipates a gain of approximately $200,000 on the sale.
