Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On August 6, 2009, the Board of Directors of Magnetek, Inc. ("Magnetek" or the
"Company"), upon recommendation of the Compensation Committee of the Board of
Directors, approved an increase in the base salary, effective as of August 10,
2009, for Ryan D. Gile, Vice President and Corporate Controller, to $152,500
annually to reflect additional responsibilities associated with his position.
