Delta Air Lines, Inc. today issued a press release announcing that it has reached a definitive agreement with US Airways to exchange certain flying rights and airport facilities at New York's LaGuardia and Washington's Reagan National airports. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
