The audited balance sheet of Suburban Energy Services Group LLC, the general partner of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P., as of September 27, 2008 and the unaudited balance sheet as of June 27, 2009 is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
On August 10, 2009 Suburban issued a press release announcing that it, together with Suburban Energy Finance Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary, had commenced a cash tender offer for up to $175 million aggregate principal amount of their unsecured 6.875% senior notes due 2013.
