Appointment of Principal Officers
Effective August 10, 2009, the Company appointed a new director, James Deal. The
compensation arrangement entered into for the newly appointed director is
materially similar to all other director compensation, as disclosed in the
Company's proxy for fiscal year 2008.
On August 10, 2009, the Company issued a press release disclosing these events.
