On August 5, 2009, Manuel M. Almeida resigned as the Executive Vice President of
Sales and Marketing of Rimage Corporation (the "Company") and will cease serving
as an employee of the Company effective August 28, 2009. On August 6, 2009, the
Company issued a press release regarding Mr. Almeida's resignation, which is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
