On August 5, 2009, Southern Missouri Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), the parent corporation of Southern Bank, issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors, on July 21, 2009, declared a cash dividend of $.12 per share, payable on August 31, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
