Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Regulation FD Disclosure,
On August 6, 2009, Fuqi International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009. A copy of the August 6, 2009 press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and the information therein is incorporated herein by reference.
On August 3, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that the underwriters of the Company's recently announced public offering have elected to exercise their option to purchase an additional 726,395 shares of the Company's common stock to cover over-allotments. On August 6, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009. Copies of the press releases are attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.2 and 99.1, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
