On August 4, 2009, Kite Realty Group Trust (the "Company") announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009. A copy of the Company's Second Quarter Supplemental Disclosure is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this current report on Form 8-K.
