Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 3, 2009, Warner Chilcott Limited (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing its receipt of two Paragraph IV Certification Notices from Lupin Ltd. ("Lupin"). The Paragraph IV Certification Notices advise the Company of the filing of Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) by Lupin for generic versions of the Company's oral contraceptives, LOESTRIN 24 FE and FEMCON FE. A copy of the Company's press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
