On August 3, 2009, Neenah Paper, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.10 cash dividend on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 2, 2009 to stockholders of record as of August 14, 2009. The press release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
