On July 28, 2009, at a meeting of the Board of Directors (the Board) of The Charles Schwab Corporation (CSC), the Board approved an amendment to Section 1.02 of the Fourth Restated Bylaws to change the address of the principal office of CSC to 211 Main Street, San Francisco, California.
