On July 29, 2009, Advance America, Cash Advance Centers, Inc. (the "Company")
issued a press release announcing its earnings for the fiscal quarter ended
June 30, 2009. The earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this

On July 29, 2009, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share payable on September 4, 2009 to stockholders of record as of August 25, 2009.
