Officers.
On July 27, 2009, David B. Eisenhaure resigned from the Board of Directors of
Satcon Technology Corporation (the "Company"), effective immediately.
Mr. Eisenhaure founded the Company in 1985, and served as President and Chief
Executive Officer until May 2008. His decision to resign was made for personal
reasons and not due to any disagreement on any matters relating to the Company's
operations, policies or practices.
