The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 29, 2009, we issued a press release announcing that our Board of Directors voted to suspend the declaration of regular quarterly cash dividends on all classes of our common stock. The Board believes that this action is prudent given current economic conditions. We anticipate that this suspension will continue through the end of 2009 and will consider the resumption of a regular dividend in 2010 taking into consideration our financial performance and condition, our capital requirements, and general economic and industry conditions at such time.
