On July 29, 2009, BPP Holdings plc ("BPP") issued a press release regarding the approval by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales on July 29, 2009, of the scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the UK Companies Act 2006 for the previously announced proposed acquisition of BPP by Apollo UK Acquisition Company Limited, a wholly-owned UK subsidiary of our majority-owned subsidiary, Apollo Global, Inc.
