On July 28, 2009, Rurban Financial Corp. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors has authorized an extension to its stock repurchase program for an additional fifteen months. The stock repurchase program was initially adopted and announced in April, 2007 for fifteen months, and was subsequently extended in July, 2008 for an additional twelve months.
