During the presentation, Mr. Shearin presented certain previously-disclosed information, as well as several capital ratios as of June 30, 2009, including tangible common equity to tangible assets of 5.61%, leverage ratio of 9.72%, tier 1 capital ratio of 10.99% and total capital ratio of 11.54%.
