Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On July 23, 2009, Center Financial Corporation issued a press release concerning its results of operations and financial condition for the three and six months ended and as of June 30, 2009. In this release, preferred stock dividends and accretion of preferred stock discount for the three months ended March 31, 2009 was corrected to $731,000 from the previously disclosed $395,000. Accordingly, the loss per common share for the same period is also being adjusted from $0.19 to $0.21. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
