On July 22, 2009, Renaissance Learning, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing the Company's declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $.07 per share of Company common stock to be paid September 1, 2009 to the Company's shareholders of record as of August 7, 2009.
