(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
On July 20, 2009, Bobbie Kilberg provided notice to the board of directors (the
"Board") of the Company of her decision to resign from the Board effective as of
July 20, 2009. Ms. Kilberg has served as a distinguished and valued member of
the Board since 2006. The Company and the Board thank Ms. Kilberg for her
contributions to the Company during the past three years.
